Yes...I would definitely raise him to 7u bid as long as he doesn't give you a blue or green PS.

You've waited plenty of cycles to see if he'll do well on this dose and he's has plenty of time to clear the bounce.

I agree on the increase. With high dose conditions you have to try to keep ahead of the resistance, whatever is causing it. That means not lingering on a dose that is no longer giving him green. It ha been 10 days since Jimmy last saw green.
 
Increase it is! Thanks all - the new vet I saw made me second guess myself about doing anymore increases until this Friday when she wants me to 1) send her his ss 2) come in for a fructosimine test. After reading other advice on here I know I'd rather spend my time and money on a test that will actually tell me something I dont know. But I feel confident we've been doing pretty good so far without vet input. Thanks again...hoping this dose brings him down.

I also wouldn't pay for a fruc test and, as Wendy said, you have to stay on top of those high numbers. Letting him linger at pink and yellow for more than six cycles doesn't make sense.
