Plus 3.5 83. Another reduction earned, I will try and do 0.25, I don't have half units marked so will need to eyeball the dose. I wonder if @Wendy&Neko is on vacation :). I will need to figure out what to do after 0.25, cause not sure how it works after.

Not on vacation, just racing in an exhausting regatta on the weekend. I agree with you, I would try 0.25 units next. As for what is next, typically it's 0.1 units.

Nice Nat!!! This is just so exciting!

This is what 0.1 looks like.

Thanks ... I don't have the half unit syringes so I will be struggling with the .25 and .10.... I can't order on Internet at moment and too pricy at pharmacy. I will see if the pharmacy that does the cabergoline has them at a reasonable price.

Cheapest 1/2 unit BD syringes I found were around $34 for a box of 100. Call around. What type of syringes are you using?

The BD 1 unit syringes U100. One of the pharmacy said they could order, but need the exact code / name, they have no clue what I need when I asked if the had U100 1/2 unit, I even told them it was BD :(

You want the BD Ultrafine II syringes, the purple and yellow box. https://www.diabetesexpress.ca/syri...rafine-syringe-310cc-320440-100box-p-978.html
Or maybe make that just one or two bags of syringes. :)

If you can't get half unit syringes, try counting the number of drops in a one unit dose in a practice syringe. Twist the plunger to let out a drop, and practise getting out even size drops. Once you know the number of drops in one unit, you can figure out how many to release to get the dose you want,

I would stick with 0.25 units. Unless he goes a lot lower.
