Almost after every meal she pukes at least once. she is feeling fine,playing,eating normal etc. her numbers are fine. is she eating to fast? its the same food shes been eating. prob pukea 2 outof 5 meals.

sorry I don't have an answer but I think it worth investigating @vet. Could be anything at all...
Do you happened to have Cerenia, a vet Rx pill for nausea/vomit?

How large is your kitty and what does she eat and how often?
 
She's probably eating too fast. You could either offer smaller more frequent meals or spread it out on a plate so it takes longer to eat.

What does the vomit look like? That will help you decide what solution to chose. Mostly undigested food soon after the meal could be eating too fast or a food allergy. Mostly digested with bile could be an upset stomach or illness. The form will help you tell the function.
 
Is she eating dry food? My cat who has mild IBD would puke after eating dry food a lot. Since I stopped the dry food he does much better. Sometimes it was immediately after ingesting it which was regurgitation and not really vomit. Motility problems can cause this along with possibly a developed sensitivity to current food. It must be so very common now. My cat's specialist says she sees at least three cats a week with this problem. Recent check up with vet? Blood work etc?
 
How long is the vomiting after eating?
If very short then that would be regurgitation.
My Bader would frequently regurgitate, frequently before finishing all his food. I feed him three bowls at after an half hour or so. That seems to help

Veterinarians have sometimes been known to send pets home from a DKA episode while still displaying ketones in the urine due to owner financial constraints -- this can turn into a fatal mistake. Your chances of fixing the problem yourself are slim. If your cat or dog comes back from the hospital and still has ketones showing on urine testing stix, it's usually best to find the financial means to go right back to the vet's as your pet may need to stay in hospital longer.

One of the symptoms is vomiting.

My cat did not have that kind of vomiting. When she occasionally vomited, it was clear. Yours probably does have scarf and barf. I was feeding Fancy Feast and 9-Lives wet food. She still got dehydrated and that may have led to the ketoacidosis. Make sure she's drinking lots of water. Let her scarf for a few minutes, then take the food away until she starts licking her paws, then give her more. maybe it would help. my cat would scarf, but the my other cat would come and push her away from the bowl so he could eat. When he was done, she would go back for more.
 
My cat was a scarf and barfer for a long time. She would eat so fast and throw up the same way within minutes of eating. I found smushing her wet food down with a spoon into her bowl instead of breaking it up slowed her down significantly. You can also try adding some water to it, that works for my cat too but she doesn't always like it.
 
My cats used to vomit all the time, probably because they were competing for food. However, once I started using the better cat food, it didn't happen much. Do you have other cats?

I agree competition for food is big a reason my cat started doing it since we do have 2 others. But it was always only her that did it, guess it's just in her personality.

By the way, @srk3cats your Chloe reminds me so much of my Sookie. Same coloring, she looks darker in my pic than she really is. So cute!

Thank you about Chloe. The vet should be calling me in a couple hours with test results. I think the food competition is lead by the alpha cat. If I only put down one bowl of food, you can see the heirachy. Although Chico and Chloe seemed to take turns.
