I'm thinking 1.5 units is going to be his new Vetsulin dose. I know I don't have a lot of testing done... but, I don't like the +4 drop that he's getting with 2 units. But, I also don't like the +12 numbers either.
I know it'll never be perfect... just typing what's in my head.

. With Vetsulin, your bigger number to look at is the nadir (peak insulin action, lowest BG reading) don't let the AMPS and PMPS higher numbers determine the dose. As his nadir stays in safer numbers (higher dark green / blues) those PS numbers should start coming down too
