? Thoughts on his OTJ trial

He seems decidedly blue. His Bg goes up and down on it's own. He can get down to the low 100s, also up to the high 100s. I think his depot should be empty and he's doing it himself.

Don't know how far I should push him. Thoughts on returning him to insulin? Would it be of any benefit to him? Or let him be on his own?

I have to color the cells individually, so, they usually have the color in words, until I get the colors filled.
 
The BG's seem a little on the high side, even given you are using an AT. You might want to look at Jill's post on starting OTJ trials.
Are you feeding multiple small meals? A +8-+9 small meal can help bring down the preshot time number if the pancreas is working.
 
So other than the drop you gave at PMPS on 6/27, Apple has not had any insulin since his MRI, correct, so June 19 was the last shot? Where are the numbers prior to that?

I agree that the BGs are high and seem to be trending up. I don't think Apple was ready for a trial.
