Last condo

I think I am getting too old for all nighters. Walter decided that he wanted to end his string of perfect numbers with a little nighttime shark hunt. Despite syrup and gravy, I had a hard time getting him above 50. I finally slept like a rock from 4 until 6 am... and then I got up and taught my class. Needless to say, there was lots of coffee involved. I really wish I could take a long nap now - but I am desperately trying to stay awake since I have a meeting in an hour.

Mandarin might have actually had a nice cycle last night, but he happily shared Walter's HC food. And his bean was too tired to even care.

...since Walt dropped into the 30s, he earned himself a reducie. I also went with a BCS this morning since I knew I wouldn't be home enough to monitor.

Sorry you didn't get much sleep last night. I'm glad Walter finally came up for you. I hope he surfs safely today. I'm sure Mandarin enjoyed the HC food.

Walter! Oh, the all nighters are murder. The only thing that kept me going through them was to know that it could mean one step closer to a lower dose.

No clue what to make of these numbers! Despite the reduced dose this morning, Walter spent the entire day in the lagoon. So I figured I would go with another reduced shot tonight. Sorry, not really following any protocol here - I just don't think I have another sleepless night in me, but I don't want to totally skip a shot. So this seemed like a good compromise.

...now if we could just convince Mandarin to follow his brother's example!

Sometimes, you just need to take care of the care giver and how exciting that Walter was surfing green all day!
