Deputy LagoonMistress Extraordinaire China continues to make her mama look good!!

I snuck her dose down a little since her 30 day average was only 66.....I was a little surprised at that!! I can totally live with it being a little higher though....and so can she!

I feel so blessed to have her doing so well, especially after over 4 years....now if I could just convince her to lose some weight, I'd be in 7th Heaven!

DM may be coming home from the nursing home this week....she's met all the goals that PT had for her so there's not much more they can do for her other than maintain. I still wish she'd just decide it's not so bad and stay, but I don't think that's going to happen. We'll know more tomorrow after they have their weekly care plan meeting.

Hope you're all having a good week and that your kitties are feeling grand! Remember, if we can do it, you can too!!!

Hi Chris, China looks terrific. I'm glad your mom is doing better and hope that you can get her interested in staying at the nursing home. My old aunt hated it, but it seems that your mom doesn't mind living there.

I can understand your DM wanting to go home to her apartment and her cat, although I also understand your wanting her to stay where she has help at hand. I hope it all works out for the best.

I'd love to try it, but it's way beyond my very limited budget to get one that's pre-made and I'm not the DYI type so would never be able to make one myself!!
