Morning all. After not shooting yesterday Chance at breakfast at 6:45-7am (he also ate all his night food left out and I dont know at what time). I tested at 7:30. He is at 136. Can someone look at my SS or if anyone read yesterdays thread let me know your thoughts. I have to leave about 8am until around 2-3 and I dont want to shoot and leave without being able to test.

No. I didn't want to take the chance of not being able to monitor while I wasnt there. I am only hoping that his numbers don't increase rapidly but I should be able to Test and shoot when I get home.

Did you get some more strips?
I think not shooting was reasonable as you can't monitor.
You'll get him back on track if he is high, try not to worry

Thanks Gil. I did not get strips yet. I will on my way home and will be home in about another 2 to 3 hours.

I just got home and tested and he is at 127. Thats almost in the normal range correct so I would still hold off on shooting? Should I continue to test every hour? I will need to leave again from about 5-7pm. He would be due for his next dose if he was to have one at 7:30. I will be home all night tonight and most of tomorrow so I can keep testing. I feel so bad his ears are red w/ spots from using him as a pin cushion.

5:30 testing at 133. He ate at 3pm. Leaving for a few hours and will test again when I get home. SS is updated.

Just tested again at 9 and he is at 124.
