It looks like she wants to eat now more than before. Maybe all these blues are allowing that pancreas to heal up and not hurt as much! May explain those days where she rather sleep - her body may be doing some healing finally!

Phoebe has shown she is quite sensitive to smaller dose changes, or rather smaller at this size of dose. A 0.5 change might be a good compromise. I also like that +4.75. Maybe the dosecrease threat is working.
) how much effect a small dose change can have even with the large amounts us high-dosers shoot.
