Not much to report with Rudy. He's still bouncing away and feeling good.

I pick up the new girl this afternoon. Lots to do before she gets here. (Is it weird that I'm cleaning the house for a cat???)

Yesterday's post

I am so excited for you to pick up your new kitty!!! :cat::cat::cat: Please post pictures when you can.

I am happy Rudy is feeling good!

I'm excited to meet her and pick her up too. I'm meeting a friend for coffee then picking up Cleo at 2pm. (My friend is the receptionist at the clinic where Cleo was turned in.) I should have pics by PMPS time. Hopefully, the herd is as accepting as they've been in the past. They didn't bat an eye when the dog showed up, so I'm confident the meet and greet go well later today. :)

Looking forward to seeing Cleo.

Wondering if, after that flat yellow cycle whether he'll make an attempt at clearing today or tonight??? Paws crossed its soon.

299 Rudy? Really? What happened to that beautiful green before I left the house? :banghead:

The new girl has finally arrived. We had a slight delay - popped stitch and small hernia repair. She's met the herd. They don't care one bit. New girl is growling. Totally meaningless.

Since she has a new home and a new herd - she has a new name...

Meet Joli. It's French for pretty. :)

Joli is beautiful!! Beautiful name! I hope the hernia will heal well. And that she will eventually like her herd. Guess because she isn't in tip top form, she just doesn't feel well and the herd will leave her alone so she can put all her energy into healing. :bighug:

She's had a rough week - original person was deported, got dumped at the vet, spay and vax, had a hernia repaired and got a new home. Poor thing is entitled to be upset.

Absolutely not!! That way the she doesn't have to listen to the vacuum cleaner for a while. Quel joli chat.

Rudy - I thought we had talked about that trampoline of yours. Nice to see he found the lagoon on this dose though.

Apparently, Rudolph does what he wants when I leave the house. Little stinker. I'm not concerned. The green will be back again soon enough.

Not weird to clean house. After all it needs to be kitten proofed and new toys to be arranged. She is beautiful. And so understandable to be a little hissy. That's a lot to go through in a short time.
