Yes, I am home tonight... but I am not home pretty much at all tomorrow, which is a partial concern.Unless you can't monitor tonight, I would increase at PMPS. And I would go to 1.5 units, his previous good dose. No need for him to linger in high numbers. As Bobby said yesterday, it can be a challenge getting him back into good numbers again. I wouldn't be surprised if he has to go back up even more for a bit.
When "returning to the last good dose" we don't follow the same guidelines for increases. Good luck on the increase.I was contemplating doing the 0.5u increase, but I wasn't sure since I did have numbers under 300 on this dose
