? Question about Levemir pen

Hi there,

I am getting ready to switch over to the Levemir Flex pens, which I ordered from Mark's Marine Pharmacy. I just noticed it does not have 1/2 units on the dose. Is that correct?

For me, I think it will be okay, because Tiff will probably go to 10 u, but is that the norm?

It's always more accurate to use a syringe and draw from the other side of the pen.

No there is no half units on the Lev pen. The pen needles aren't truly accurate for kitties - just use the regular U100 syringes and draw from the little rubber seal you see when you remove the cap. Here's a pic of the rubber seal - it looks white in this pic. The cartridge and screw cap have been removed from the pen to take this:
