Whoops!Good luck with everything! (psst, you may want to add Gordy to your title)
I know.... it pulls at your heart strings. Have a wonderful trip and try not to worry!I dropped Gordy off at the Vet for his boarding. *sniffles* i know he is in good hands, but I can't help being nervous!!!
He pathetically cried the whole way in the car.

Your vet must be in the cahoots with my vet. When Rex was first diagnosed, he said 150 is a good number to be at. Boy, is he going to be surprised that Rex has gone into remission after 6 weeks (maybe...) when I haul in 3 of my 5 pets for their annual check-up in a couple weeks. I haven't been in touch since that appointment ... I'm kinda surprised they haven't followed up with me, asking why Rex hasn't been in for a curve yet.My vet just called and told me I micromanage too much LOL. (I smiled and nodded via the phone. ) She wants him to stay in the 80-150 and thinks the 1u is a good dose for that. Hmmm. Thats not a BAD range, but its also not remission. But then she said he looks like he is heading into remission with him low numbers and bouncing. (I got there by micromanaging)
She said they wont test as much as me, but they will be monitoring and if he starts going too low on this new 1u that they will drop the dose more.
As low as he stays safe, they can do whatever.![]()
