Yesterday's blues
Good morning!
AMPS 133
Hopefully we're not going to see another blue day. I'm tempted to blame the fancy feast however the first day he had the fancy feast (twice during each cycle) and had beautiful greens! I told him this morning he's cruising for an increase.
Boomer ate all of his +3 but left a bit of his +6 and +9 overnight fuds.
Allen ate well overnight. We had been letting him graze (canned only) overnight but we've had to stop that as he wasn't finishing his breffis (served at AMPS) which contained the clearlax and pumpkin. So now his auto feeder turns to an empty dish at 5:00 am, breffis is at 8:00.
Today's menu consists of AMPS chicken pate, +3 ff cod sole and shrimp +6 chicken and turkey pate, +9 ff cod sole and shrimp.
Yesterday DH and I went for a lovely walk at one of my favourite birding spots. It was late morning when we got there (because I like to check Boomer's +3 before going out for any length of time) so it wasn't ideal birding time but I still saw 2 different warblers plus a northern flicker (unfortunately he was facing away from me and although I waited, he didn't turn....then I tried to circle around him and he flew). And I discovered that it's already baby season and came across 2 Canada Geese with 6 babies. I love taking shots of the individual babies; here is one I took yesterday.
