Sounds like it wasn't really a full fall from remission, but maybe temporary high BGs brought on by something - illness, infection, new med?

He was in the 400's . He had put on weight and I was given him grilled FF ....just got too comfortable.
He was high for about a month before I took him to the vet where his number was in the 400's. He wasn't sick or on any meds it was just me getting too comfortable and feeding him what he loves.
The vet told me he has had cats that go in and out of remission when they gain a little weight so we are on a strict diet of FF classic and YAZC.
