? 5/4 Pia. Been giving the wrong dose.

So Pia has been on .25 of Lantus for over a week now and I just happened to look at the post about small doses, it appears I've only been giving her .1 What should I do? Should I keep her on this low of a dose? She has decent numbers. Idk what to do.

Yes.

I'd stick with it for a little while more, since the numbers are decent. If they start to trend upwards, you will want to think about increasing again, but she's doing pretty well at the moment!

It would be nice to see a bit more green overall. A drop or two more of insulin might help. The goal is Tight Regulation, so getting all green would be ideal at this small a dose.
