After the festivities this am, and the dose being late? Should the pm dose be given late as well?

I dropped the am dose to 1.25 because of the numbers roller coaster. On Sunday he started 1.5u. I'm inclined to hedge my bets at 1.25 this evening.....

Thought on timing?

Lantus does best with 12/12 scheduling so, yes, late this evening. You can back up in 15 minute increments twice a day or 30 minutes once a day to get back to your preferred schedule.
