Good evening, L&LL,

I think Rusty got another "short" shot with the Monoject this morning. I need new eyeballs!

It was a beautiful, cool spring day. Rusty enjoyed some outdoor time, sitting with me on the back stoop, soaking up the sunshine. His appetite has been good.

Beans went to the landfill and were sorry to see that the big cut-out of Elvis fell over when the snow melted. The woman on duty said that they have to wait for the ground to dry out before venturing out there to fix it: the ground is soggy because it was the only landfill for many years and they would sink up to their hips!!

That's the exciting news of the day. bbl, off to hold Rusty's dinner bowl.

Next time you venture to Lake Placid you'll have to visit the dump. It's on "Recycle Circle", next to the airport/ horse-show grounds. Elvis should be back up by then.

oh No! Elvis bit the dust? or sogginess in this case? I hope they can get out there and save him soon. That is just such a cool "landmark".

I like your outdoor time. It is so nice when we can get that sun, and be able to enjoy it.
