Next time you can monitor, I am wondering if 3.75U is more her target dose, numbers permitting of course. BUT it is a moving target so it could change later ;)

I'm really thinking it's 3.5-3.75. We will see! Next days off are Wednesday and friday. Can't monitor Friday I'll be gone so maybe Wednesday.

Stay at 3.5 u for today and maybe do a curve at this dose tomorrow. Given the lime green the other night on 4 u you need a better idea of where the good dose is. A full curve on 3.5 u should help unless she's high all day from bouncing. The 454 this AM is a bounce number. She might have dipped last night.

Sounds good! She's going to be mad as heck. So much poking lately.
 
Hurray for a mini curve! I'm predicting it'll finish up uneventfully and it's telling us that you can try 3.75 u tomorrow AM.

Hehehe you guys are so wise. Holding stready in the high blues at +6. Was thinking the same thing for tomorrow morning. Would be able to get a +3 before I have to leave for work and bf can get a +5 or +6 to make sure she's doing ok.

I did end up getting the u-40 carepoint syringes online with the 1/2 markings. If I do go up to 3.75 I would just eyeball it?

Sounds like a good plan for tomorrow. Yes, you can eyeball the 3.75 u dose. Consistency is more important than a high degree of accuracy.
 
Here's my suggestion for the next few days if you are interested in doing a sliding scale.

Use your own judgment and gut, and adjust as additional data comes in and as needs change. I would aim for nadir of around 75-110. Of course error on the side of caution when you won't be around to test and steer numbers.

150-190 1 u
190-225 1.5u
225-250 2 u
250-280 2.5
280-310 3 u
310-350 3.5u
350-400 3.75 u
400+ 4 u

So I could potentially give her different am and pm doses?
