Such a relief to have him at least start in the blues. That bounce kinda threw me, just because he hadn't bounced (that high) in a while.

We still have the guys here working on the siding. Full crew showing up this morning at 7:30a.

Fighting with the HOA on the color scheme. They are want us to switch the color of the trim (new) to the primary color and the primary color we chose to be the trim. Such ridiculousness.

Something happened to the power to the AC yesterday. The siding people say it wasn't them. IDK - but it has be get fixed today. We will be back in the 80's (with humidity) tomorrow and opening the windows to "cool" it down won't work past today. At least it isn't the actual AC which we had replaced in the last 5 years or so. We have a call into the electrician that did the work in Feb. but he hasn't called us back (to be fair we called him at 9:30p last night).

Nice start for Gizmo. I hope he heads to the lagoon today. Hopefully you can get your AC working today. Crazy about the HOA. I hope it works out quickly. Cool video.

Gizmo isn't complaining about the open windows and cool, fresh air right now. :) The windows upstairs in the back are new. They just put them in this week. Problem is they don't have screens on them yet so we couldn't get a cross wind going in the bedroom. It wasn't too bad.

You sure have had an exciting 24 hours.:bighug: Isn't this so much fun :D. I wouldn't trade it for anything when I look at Gizmo and 6 months ago I didn't think he was going to live. He is almost back to his old self 100%.

Sleep when you can - only advise I can give. :cool:

We had to submit the "new" colors for HOA approval. That is what they are blocking. Funny thing is - the primary color we picked is the original color of the house. :banghead:

Every argument they have thrown at us has been debunked with pictures of other houses in the neighborhood.

This is the main reason that I want to buy a house when I finally buy... They both have pros/cons, but the freedom to do what I please may be worth it LOL

I'm glad Gizmo looks like he is on his surfboard today! Maybe if Gordy behaves, he can come join at the beach tomorrow.

We own the house - lol. They are just a bunch of people that are hung up on their "power". We are fighting them and I am confident that we will win - it just takes time. They are used to people that are scared of them - well, I am not. I have already slapped then down a few times in the past. I am gathering evidence of other HOA "violations" to present along with our arguments and our neighbors statements that say they have no issues with the colors we chose.
 
He's just a bit wobbly but try to stay out of those icky yellows buddy. Ugh, that drop at +2...he might wobble a bit but great to see him back to surfing. Have a good day.

He dropped to 36 on 04/06 PM - that is why the yellow bounce. I think we are almost back on track! :cool:
