We're a big mess over here.
Had a day of flat yellow and was hoping to see some dropping action today but Uncle's numbers just seem to keep climbing.
I'm a little worried that the infection isn't being knocked out and that's why. It could also be that he hasn't had a good poop in 3 days. Nothing 3 days ago, a tiny bit yesterday and that only that much again today.
Feel like I'm on that roller coaster again..

Uncle...that's a good start, but what you doing all the way up on the pink floor dude??

Get your furry little butt back down where you belong...soon!!

Did they do a urinalysis when he was diagnosed with a possible UTI? If they find bacteria on a basic UA, it's really important that they also do a culture and sensitivity to make sure they put you on an antibiotic that will actually kill the bacteria causing the infection, otherwise you can end up giving a full course of AB's and still having an infection, or only killing off the more sensitive bacteria, leaving the stronger ones to come back later and even harder to kill.

He actually wasn't diagnosed with a UTI. When the sitter took him in because she was worried about him on Feb 22, he had BW and a urinalysis done. They did a culture and nothing grew. When I was just at the vet last Thursday, suspecting an infection after his dental (which he has), I asked her to talk with me about his kidney values. She said he could have Stage2 CKD or MAYBE a kidney infection. She said it in her experience it doesn't always show up on the urinalysis. I think she said the change in USG and BUN between 9/9/16 & 2/22/17 made her suspicious.

Any more tests on Uncle, or did you head to get some ZZZZZssss...I'm wide awake, which is pretty common after my long migraine comas.
