Yay!! But booo to this steep drop again... thats going to create yet another bounce.

Should I worried by the 87 at +3? Its still a safe number for him. It just had a LC snack at +2.5. I have to out of the house today around the +4.5 and I won't be back to his PM shot time.

I am impatiently waiting for the +5.

I need to vacate the house soon because my roommate needs to do something to the hallway floor and it can't be walked on. So I am really hoping he has either continued to be steady or has come up soon from the food.

I think I am going to have to find either a higher HC food or do a different technique to bring his numbers up... at least today I seem to have prevented a lime green, but I dont like that the HC didnt stall him out more at that +3.5.

+5.25=55

What do you guys think?

He is set up for a snack at the +6. He is starting to get a bit full because he didnt lick the last snack completely clean.

Is the snack HC food? It makes me nervous that he's in the 50s. Does your roommate have to do it today?
Its a mix of LC and HC.

And yeah, she is pretty set on doing it today. But her original plans keep getting pushed back, so I can stay here longer... downside is I get less shopping before work LOL

I think it would be better if he gets out of the 50s before you leave if that is possible.

For future reference, when you see a big drop like this morning, it may be a good idea to feed some MC or HC to slow the drop. Sorry no one was around to offer advice.

+5.5=66

I think he'll be going up.

Im starting to get a hang of the lower numbers, but I just wish he'd wait till +5 before going into the 50s. i wasnt expecting a drop like this after a few cycles of steady, icky pinks.

ETA: he hasnt any food since the +4.5 snack so that's why I am thinking he is good.

They do like to keep us on our toes. It's nice to see that 66. When you leave, make sure you leave some food out for him. Maybe some MC food.
He'll get a snack of the HC/LC at +6 and a low carb at +8.25. Should I put some MC in the last one? I have some open .

High carbs can take up to two hours to wear off, so you could still be seeing numbers impacted by carbs. Good plan on leaving out more food for him.

A thought for you, whenever you add extra food to steer, like you did today, I would add that to the Remarks part of the SS. Just list when and how much and whether it was LC,MC or HC. That way you can see what worked before to keep him safe. That's really handy in the night time hours so you can maximize sleep.

Will do! I have everything listed in my paper notes. I can add everything in tomorrow.

+4.5=195

All carbed up and no where to go :p id rather this thab coming home to a lime green.

Question: i didnt get a lime green number today, but without interference, he certainly would have. Does this get a reduction? My guessing is no, but I wanted to crowdsource.
