Yesterday: Finally some greens!
Good morning!
AMPS 137 shooting 1u

Boomer ate most of his overnight fuds and all by himself! I did hear a pathetic cry a few minutes before his 2:00 dish was due to open; I guess he just wanted to make sure we knew he was waiting:rolleyes:
Allen ate a lot of his overnight canned fuds and all of his kibble.

This morning's AMPS still a little high for my liking; could still be the fancy feast, could be a bounce from the greens yesterday, could be just Boomer (he always had trouble with AMPS). We'll see what happens today....may eliminate the fancy feast tonight to see if we get a better AMPS tomorrow.

I'm going to take a look at my owl pictures soon! I know I didn't get a decent shot of either adult; the male was sitting with his back to us and the female was buried deep in a tree and was barely visible. Hopefully a shot of the babies turned out ok though.

Those owl sightings are so exciting - I love owls but don't think I've ever seen one in the wild
Boomer still looks great - it will be interesting to see what happens if you do eliminate the fancy feast

Good to see those greens Boomer. Maybe try to mess around with the amount of food in his +9 snack? You've had that down pat for a while but who knows. I'll keep an eye out for the owl pictures :)

I've been trying to adjust the +9.....yesterday I did give him a snack instead of a meal and he had a beautiful PMPS. But prior to last night it hasn't had the desired effect.

Here is a picture of one of the 3 baby Horned Owls. This was the only one that seemed curious about the spectators; the two lumps of fur on either side of it are its sleeping siblings lol.

What a wonderful picture!

Yo Deputy Boomer,
Get green soon so you can help me train our two new deputies: Squallie and Leda. I'm checking them out in the deep end right now. You don't have to dive; just keep an eye out in the shallows.

7 more points Boomer, that's all you need.

Love the owl pic. I've heard them around the house, but never seen them. Closest I got to a wild one was when someone brought one into the shelter and we held onto it until the wildlife rescue folks showed up.

I love owls! Probably because they are few and far between here.

very nice picture... cant wait for you to get more... come on Boomer back to the greens... hope you have a great day Judy :bighug::bighug:
I want to go to the park close to dusk......that's when the adults come back in with food for the babies. Trouble is....sunset is at 7:47. PMPS is at 8:00.

PMPS 97 :D shooting 1u
Still putting some fancy feast in his overnight fuds. If he still has a high AMPS tomorrow, he won't get fancy feast.
