Squallie's PMPS is only 65. I have gotten very brave about shooting low numbers, but not in the 60s! I will stall for a bit but if he doesn't come up appreciably, should I shoot a lower dose or just skip?

Lucy, did he surf at 64 from +4 till PMPS??
Bobbie, I guess he did, I don't know! He usually cruises on up to the 80s-90s in the evening, so I didn't even bother to check him.
Lucy, he looks fairly flat today and you know what we say, "shoot low to stay low" And that said: Can you monitor tonight? Plenty of strips and HC food?
I can stay up to monitor him. I have some HC food, I think I still do, anyway , but I will check. Yes to lots of strips. I am terrified at the idea of shooting him at a number that low; he usually gets down in the 50s at night as it is!

If you aren't comfortable , stall for 2o mins and retest and see if he has come up.

Remember, he could start to go down only because he needs food. You know what to do to keep him safe and when they start in lower numbers they usually surf along flat. I can't stay on so I am not going to say "shoot" I am just trying to throw some different scenarios out there.

Thanks, Bobbie! He's not really coming up much (66 last test a few minutes ago) so I guess I'm going to go ahead and feed him. I'm terrified to shoot him that low but I'm going to try to be brave and go ahead and do it!:nailbiting::nailbiting::nailbiting:

Just back on the board and see that Deputy Squallie checked out the kitties in the middle depths and then decided to hang out on the beach. All part of a Deputy's job.

Yo Deputy Squallie, I'll teach you how to throw the waterwings to kitties who might be in trouble tonight.
