Stella and Chewys doesn't allow people to release their nutritional information, you need to contact the company yourself for any info (and they will tell you to not tell anyone else what you learn!) This was discussed recently over here.

Because of their lack of transparency, I wouldn't feed it... but my cat LOVES Primal Freeze-Dried nuggets and they have been good at giving out nutritional info in my experience. All of Primal's freeze-dried raw formulas have the exact same makeup as their frozen raw, and all are very low carb and safe for diabetics.
 
Wow. Doesn't give one much confidence/trust in them. Unfortunate since they are a Wisconsin company aren't they? Thanks for the info. Will definitely be staying away from that.
 
 
What about all the fruit/veggies that are in it? Doesn't that raise carb levels?

Also had a question about guar gum. Have heard that can cause problems with sugar levels.

Very difficult task finding the perfect food.

Not too sure about guar gum, I know some cats can be allergic to additives like that so that could cause a raise in bg.

When I emailed Primal about the carbs in their freeze-dried formulas, this is what they wrote me:
"We provide in-depth product information on each product page of the website, the first of which for felines can be found here. Please keep in mind when reviewing the product pages that, while we do not provide an as-is carb content for the Freeze-dried varieties like we do for the Raw Frozen, because the Freeze-dried and Frozen are made up of the exact same stuff, the nutritional values of the Freeze-dried Formula will dilute down to match that of the Frozen Formula counterpart, so long as the food is rehydrated as directed on the back of the bag b efore serving. Thus, once rehydrated at a rate of 1 tbsp of warm water per nugget (or more! The more moisture in your carnivore‘s diet, the better for them), the Rehydrated Freeze-dried Formulas will contain approximately the same amount of carbohydrates and other nutrients per nugget as their Raw Frozen counterparts"

Primal has very little veggies in it, it says on each bag how much of it is veggies and meat, for the Turkey it is 9% turkey, 7% produce and supplements (not 7% carbs, but 7% of the bag is veggies). I usually feed the Freeze-dried Turkey nuggets, so it would have the same carbs as their raw frozen turkey nuggets, which is 0.4% (seen top right of nutrition facts) . The highest carbs out of all their freeze-dried or frozen raw is 2.4%, so it is all safe for diabetics.
