Yesterday

Our snow has turned into rain/sleet and it is pretty miserable outside. We took Rusty to the vettybean for his B-12 shot, rabies shot, and nail trim (what a fuss he put up when his nails were clipped!). On the way to the car Edward slipped on the ice, went down with Rusty in his arms, and I had to grab onto Rusty, who was startled. They are both fine, however. Now, this afternoon, Rusty is sleeping soundly in his little bed by the radiator. I hope he won't have a reaction to the rabies vaccination. He never has before, but I don't like these vaccinations. Edward is doing yoga with his yoga CD, and I am about to go down to the basement and row on the machine.

Yikes what a morning! Glad to hear both are OK!!!
Rowing sounds like a great stress reliever and a great way to stay in shape.
Just yesterday i was reading about a homeopathic stuff you give to fur babies after their shots. Let me see if I can find it again.

Just walking on ice is hazardous enough, but carrying a large cat has got to make it especially difficult. I'm glad neither Edward nor Rusty were injured, although I'd bet Edward may be a little sore tomorrow - good thing he's into yoga!

Actually it's a small guideboat. It just has a bench seat. I can't wait to learn how to row it.
