I'm sorry Phoebe is throwing up. If your interested at foodfurlife.com click on how to and then drop down to Nausea and vomiting. It might be helpful.
I give Fritz daily Sileery Elm Bark mixed with Digestive Enzymes and a Probiotic. Mix with warm water and mix in the food and then I sprinkle either freeze dried chicken or Bonita Flakes. Make sure you give this at least 1 to 2 hours from any other meds.
There is a lot of helpful information on that website.
Good luck with Phoebe hope your able to stop the vomiting. Could Phoebe have pancreatitis? I see she has had it before?
Are you testing for Ketones?

Yes I am sure she is having a flare up. It seems it one big ever lasting flare up, the poor baby. Yes I do ketones when she Co operates and pees on the plastic :) we have slippery elm bark, she won't eat it sprinkled or in a syrup. Haven't tried the bonita flakes. Might have to and will definitely check out the website thank you :) :)

Hey Angela, I posted this on yesterday's thread this morning but I am posting here too in case you didn't see it :

Poor Phoebe, sending vines. Angela, I am not sure if you saw a post about a supplement that some of us are giving to our cats. It's Pancreas Booster from PetAlive and it helps support the pancreas and kitties that have chronic pancreatitis are being helped by it. If you want the info on it, let me know. The company does buy 2 get one free so you would get three bottles for $72 dollars plus S/H and that would last you 6 months. I started Bubba on it on 2/25 and hoping it keeps him regulated.

Hey Angela,
have you tried mixing about 1/8 tsp of slippery elm in with some of the baby food? Flame would only take it if it was mixed in baby food. I'd make the baby food kind of loose by adding water to rehydrate the SEB powder. Not sure about Phoebe, but it worked for Flame. Sending feel better vines to your sweet Phoebe. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

Thank you Donna great idea!:) bless your Flame!!

Hi Angela and sending vines that your Phoebe feels better soon. Hope the SEB helps. It's great stuff. I've also done what Donna suggested. And when necessary I've diluted it enough to be syringeable, either as a syrup or with baby food, to feed using an oral syringe.
