Good morning.

I am so happy to have the blood work results for Osha and that all looks well. Thank you Marje for looking over them yesterday for me. The vet also told me she is still researching Levemir. It doesn't really matter at this point because I was just going to get some from the supply cabinet, but I guess it is nice she is looking into it.

This is the 5th cycle on this dose since Osha saw green. You think I should know this by now, but how long should I hold this dose without seeing a green again? Is this a point of waiting 6 cycles to clear the bounce and then increase on the 7th cycle if there is no green?

Have a good day everyone.

I'm glad Osha's bloodwork was good. I hope Osha slides down for you today. The rule of thumb I've always seen is if they don't get back to green after they clear a bounce, then increase the dose. It looks like Osha only went to blue after she cleared the bounce. I'd say you can increase her dose tonight if you don't see green today as long as you can monitor.

I thought of you when reading the reply. But the is difficult with working full time.
Yes, working full time is making this dance extremely challenging.

I'd say you can increase her dose tonight if you don't see green today as long as you can monitor.

Thanks. I will increase her tonight. This will be the largest dose she has ever been on (4.75u). :( And yes, I know it is not about the dose, it is about what the cat needs, but it still hurts my heart.
