Finally got half a can in her belly. Had to fight tooth and nail last night to get 75 ml LR in her. My grandson is here so she is stressed.

Ugh. Poor Phoebe. All you can do is give her as much attention and snuggles as you can when your grandson is there-- she'll never be thrilled with the visits, it sounds like.

I hope the vomiting was just a temporary thing, and that the food makes her feel a little better.

Angela - have you discussed increasing the cerenia to more days of the week - Murphy gets 4mg daily for 5 days, skip a day, and continue. My understanding is that cerenia only lasts 24 hours? Can you also try some ondansteron for nausea and maybe an appetite stimulant?

Carol, yes we give cerenia if she vomits, and give her zofram 2x a day. Pepcid at night as well. Since she has vomited we will give 4 days and break. Or if she continues, we can increase the zofram. Right now she gets 1/4 pill 2x day, but can be 1/2 pill twice a day. She has not needed an appy stimulant yet. Once she gets her meds down she eats ok. Crossing fingers hope didn't jinx.
