3/3 Bubby. NO SHOT last night. Still green

Perhaps it's just the depot but Bubby is doing quite well with no shot. He even went below 50 early this morning. I guess I'll just keep checking to see if I need to start shooting again as the depot gets completely drained. He dropped fast yesterday on a little more than a drop so I am hesitant to give even that right now.

Woohoo! Since you aren't giving insulin, you don't have to test as often as you did last night. Maybe get a +3 today then wait until PMPS time. After that, as long as he's green at preshot time, you can probably put away the test kit. Fingers, toes, and paws crossed here. We won't call it "that trial" just yet, but let's see how it goes the next couple of days as the depot drains.

Less checking sounds good, but any need to worry about numbers like that 49 at +19.5 since last shot?

We often see cats in the 40's that are off the juice, we just don't want cats on the juice that low because it leaves no room to go lower. Bubby's got this.

One thing to keep in mind is to stick to the several small meals.
