Status Quo except the boy needs to poop. :rolleyes: The AM number could be reflecting that. Gave him some Natural Moves supplement to see if that can get him going . His extreme inactivity isn't helping . Once he is outside again, he walks miles.

Bubba, maybe you're saving your energy for your emergence to the great outdoors on OTJ party day, but in the meantime you don't have to save up on poop, too.;)

Hey ,Bobbie, a Natural Moves question ???? How much and when do u give it to Bubba ?? Just received it in mail yesterday and planning on starting it soon . He gets pumpkin plus small amount coco oil twice a day plus 1/8 t miralax( dose my homeopathic vet would rather I not go beyond for now and try Natural stuff first) . Thanks for ur input !!

Hey Beth, I found a capsule a day ( I divided it up into two meals) was too much for Bubba and he had some "soft serve" poop 2 days ago. I stopped it and the miralax and he didn't give me a poop yesterday. So this AM meal I gave him 1/4 cap of it and he produced a nice poop 3 hours later :)

You will have to play with it and see what works, maybe start with the RX dose and see how that goes and adjust for Elmo. I really want to get Bubba off miralax and haven't given that to him 3 days. Good poopy luck:rolleyes:
 
:bighug:Thanks so much, Bobbie. Makes me feel better to know I am not alone in this poopy dance which for me is right up there with FD dance:banghead:. I also do not want Elmo long term on Miralax as, like Bubba, this is a frequent situation and not a once in a while. We are getting ready to give him a small enema to get things moving today cos its been 3 days of Poops that looks like rabbit doo doos:(....I know you relate :banghead::(. Will be so good when Bubba can get back out to mousing and moving ...Elmo is an old fart house cat with sore hips so movement is not high on his priority list ;). So excited for u both, that this remission sticks for FOREVER :bighug::bighug::bighug:

One member told me recently, that she is giving a little dab of Vaseline to keep things going.
