I agree, please see if you can get someone to take you to the vet and like everyone said, take the honey with you so you can keep giving it to her as needed. Take the syringes you are using to confirm they are the correct ones and that you are clear about the dose.
How much honey is too much and much?

We're concerned about the insulin dose, not the amount of honey. At this point, she needs the honey to keep BG up somewhat.

At the vet, they can put her on a glucose drip to maintain BG safely.

You need to keep giving her honey and, hopefully, if you have it, some high carb food until you can get her to the vet. It is critical to get her bg up at least to 50. The sooner you can get her to the vet the better. She needs emergency care.

Hi Tanya, I agree you need to get Ducia to a vet. Either your own or an emergency clinic, whichever is closer. Can you take a cab? Take your meter, strips, and honey with you and keep giving Ducia the honey. If you can, call the vet/clinic and warn them you are on your way.

If you can't get enough blood go for the vein. You don't usually want to do this but it's important now that you get a good sample. If you think ears might have honey on them then try the paw pad.

Tanya, this is really an emergency, she needs to see a vet as soon as humanly possible. I don't think this is something that can be dealt with at home, now.

She is still dropping, keep giving her honey. Do you have any high carb food that you can give her. I think she may need veterinary intervention at this point. If she is lethargic, with dilated pupils, I would take her to the vet. Do you have anyone who can go with you, in case Ducia needs to be given more honey on the way there?
No, I am alone
should I keep on honey
she breathes thru her mouth violatly
