Good morning

Considering Willow was snacking most of the night and up and down to her food bowl, I was a little shocked to see a solid blue number today. We leave between a whole to half of can of her food for her durning the night. This morning the bowl was empty.
The inhaler seems to be working I only give it to her when she needs it, don't want to over due the meds.

@Gill & George

Good morning,
Can you take a look at Willows SS history?
Today her amps was 175bg and her +4 is 77bg, she was up and down all night eating, she ate another 1/2-3/4 can during the night. I really expected to see her in the yellow or pink for,her amps.
What the heck is going with her?
This is what happened last time where we were at 1iu twice a day due to so many numbers going below 50bg.
Thoughts? I'm seeing a Green Day and at this rate she will be below 50bg within 1.5 hour. And this is with the new reduction.
Now what?

A lot of times when a cat gets into safe green numbers, you can feed LC food and keep them surfing. I'd try feeding Willow some LC and test again in a hour to see if she'll keep surfing safely for you. She's in nice healing numbers right now. I know Willow can be dramatic and drop a lot, but maybe she'll finally start surfing these nice numbers.

Hi

That is what I'm working on, good thing I'm home today.
Willow can be a drama queen with her big drops. I have gotten a lot better in not overreacting!
I'll keep checking her every hour, if she gets too low every 15 minutes

Hey James,
Sorry I was out when you tagged me.

It looks like Willow was clearing a bounce as you shot this morning, when that happens they can gather quite some speed, also, the depot of the higher dose may still be influencing this cycle.

I'm glad she's come back up for you.

Ahhhhhh
She just hit 43bg@+5
Giving gravy juice!
Now what?

I'd wait and see how this plays out.
If she drops below 40 then you must take the reduction.

If she doesn't as she is a longterm diabetic, its been found that it helps to wait for the 3 drops below 50.
But at then end of the day you hold the syringe and she has got other things going on.

Giving her some gravy food and juice and will check in 15 minutes.
I was in the shower, sorry for the delay in getting back with you
