Well couldn't get any vet to give an L insulin so started him on Prozinc this morning on 1u.
We will see, he was down to 1.75-2u on Vetsulin. My body can't continue with the tight regulation protocol he was trying, mainly in the evening at the +5 mark. He was doing good on the 1.75 unit and a .25 unit bump at +5. Kept his bs between 100 and 200 for around 8-9 hours in between shots. He gradually increased and while doing the curves could tell that all the Vetsulin was out of his system around +6 after shot. It would just climb to 550+ am and pmps.
Ive been watching the thread 1-5 of switching from Vetsulin to Prozinc and hope Scooter does well eventually.
