Yesterday's condo

Low, flat night for Mandarin, followed by another blue start. Apparently, that seems to be his new routine. I should probably try for a +9 snack, but after getting up throughout the night, I just plain can't make myself set another alarm for 5 am.

Walter is liking this dose much better! He didn't spend much time in the lagoon yesterday, but I am encouraged by his AMPS.

On the bean's agenda for today: I have a meeting at +2 and then I have to take Lenny to the vet this afternoon. He is actually walking a bit better today - but he managed to take out his sutures over night. :eek::eek::eek:
 
Mandarin is looking good. I hope Walter heads to the lagoon and surfs safely today. I'm glad Lenny is walking better. He sounds like a cat taking his sutures out. Sending good vetty vines.
 
Definitely NOT what I wanted to come home to: a 30! :eek::eek::eek: I just don't get how 1 U does nothing for Walter and 1.25 drops him into the 30s. Either way, he is getting a reducie tonight... It's a small miracle that I didn't pass out when I saw that number.

I know! I was only gone for a little over 3 hours and I gave them some extra food before I left. I don't even want to think about what could have happened if I hadn't come home when I did. :nailbiting:

...at least he is coming up pretty nicely, so it should be safe to take Lenny to the vet.

I am in the same situation with Murphy - 1.25 not enough - 1.5 drops him
Still, I'm giving him 1.5 tonight unless his pmps is low

Christina, Karen is right!! They're in a race to see who can send you to the funny farm. :confused::eek: At least tonight he'll hopefully bounce tonight so you can get some sleep (unless Mandarin has something up his paw...:nailbiting::stop:).

I hope Lenny's paw is better and he can get off the meds completely and get back to normal soon!

Christina, If you take him back to 1.0 and he runs higher again, how about trying a fat 1.0? Just a thought. Good catch, by the way, and congrats!

Sending good vetty vines for Lenny. Was he in a cone? If not, I see one in his future! :blackeye::(

Apparently, Lenny is trying to join the kitty boys in sending his bean to the funny farm. As soon as I got him patched up and back home, he once again chewed his sutures open. With a cone on. And a bandage. :eek::mad::arghh: He has a different cone now and I hope that this will keep him away from his paw. He looks miserable too, the poor boy.

...and I am actually amazed that Walter isn't bouncing yet. I fully expected at least a yellow PMPS. :nailbiting:
 
Seriously, boys?!? :eek: Mandarin is under 50 by +2 and Walter is dropping rather than bouncing? :eek: I don't think I'm liking this new year...
