226 to 83 in the final five hours? Really Jenks?

Then he kept going until OH got spooked by the 57 and gave him some gravy. Not sure if that accounts for the 168, or if it's a rebound number instead.

We hit the 50s, so it may be time to put @Doodles & Karen's advice into practice and reduce a bit. However, that number resulted from breaking a bounce (I feel ridiculous calling 226 a bounce, but it is what it is), so I'm not really sure if it qualifies.

It's not protocol and I'd hate to steer you in the wrong direction. It's been working for us but Doodles is very hard for me to bring up and his heart just keeps getting worse so I'm not pushing it anymore.

You said it Neo. This is way too much activity for comfort. 91 points in the first half of the cycle. Another 90 points in the last five hours with another 90 minutes to go. Maybe I could've done better by checking him in between +7 and +10 to see just how much he was falling. But the data seems to point to the final two hours of the cycle as the most active.

No choice but to carb him up. 18% gravy plus a generous glob of karo. Obviously, we'll be skipping the shot this morning. My focus now is halting the slide and getting him back up into safe territory.

Not reducing earlier now looks like an oversight. With this much activity, I'm thinking the next dose is probably going to be 9U.

Jenks...you are a naughty little man these days. Good catch as always. Congrats on another reducie in dramatic fashion and sorry about the skip. Even if you reduced last night because of that depot he might have still tanked. I'd try reducing when he hits 60 a few times and see if that does help. Hope the 9u work out and up now buddy!
