Good morning all.

Well, am kicking self for sleeping through late light bg recheck and fud patrol. And now wondering too, if last night's shot was more of a fur shot...:facepalm:

Sootie's amps ca 7:30 and 7:35am ET: 344 and then 333.:oops:
Also was a multi-prick event to get blood drop, which I'm sure added a few points to the bg.

She is eating, again spurts and now in bathtub, munching a bit more on breakfast.

Staying with 0.25u am shot.

Hoping gentle and healing day for all....:bighug::cat::bighug:
 
Don't be hard on yourself for sleeping through the BG check. It's hard to get up in the middle of the night. Sootie will come back down. I'm glad she's eating this morning. Sending prayers. :bighug::bighug:

Thanks Carla. Appreciate it. Just the same, now that I'm seeing that small frequent meals (and with Sootie's oft iffy appy) really do help, I didn't do my part in helping Sootie have a more even night. Maybe she would have spiked anyway, but...

I've held off on getting an auto pet feeder, suggested early on, primarily bc no way to assure that she'd be the only one partaking. And really is no way to isolate her at night. So, as Leslie has delightfully described herself, "I'm the auto feeder." unfortunately, I'm not a good one when it comes to late nights. Maybe I'd benefit from the Liver Shake recipe! Why not.
Am feeling that now is the when if ever time to try an auto feeder. Won't know til we try.

Ok, Sootie's +10.5 at 6:25pm ET is 148 and she just made a pretty good start on supper.
Will retest at pmps
If she continues to lower from the +10.5 and depending on what pmps is, I'm pre thinking about pm dose.. Won't know til pmps
 
Hi, Sootie's pmps at 7:31pm was 157. Had eaten an hour earlier after +10.5 and resumed supper after pmps.
