thank you all for your help.

We've had a nice little run of yellow preshots for which i am very thankful.

No ketones in urine but still some glucose.

Mr b is a major purrypants this morning. So overjoyed to hear him purring regularly again. Some of you will recall he hardly purred at all while on lantus, even when we got some decent numbers.

So again thank you for being there for us. I'm sure we're not out of the woods but this respite is definitely a sweet spot!

...aaand of course his bg went off the rails this afternoon. No idea why, Gotta laught or i'll cry
Heck, Jen, that's just a mild bounce. Don't worry - just keep doing what you're doing. If you set for yourself the expectation that the numbers will go up and down you'll be less disappointed with them. They are what they are ... ;)

Nice blues yesterday!
Followed by a red today of course LOL but i didnt freak out about it. He drank and peed so much ovenight and all day today that i was surprised to see a yellow ps tonight.

Vets dont know about bouncing, at least not the ones i know. so thankful for this community here!

I agree that vets don't know about bouncing. We sure do though! Nice yellow PMPS.

I have learned that the numbers do what they want to, no ryme or reason. Just when you think everything just right, a weird number comes out of the blue. All we can do is take things one day at a time. Getting upset doesn't help our kitties. I try to keep Callie in the yellows and blues, but sometimes that doesn't happen.
