I think she will. She's very feisty and playful this morning. I wish I could stsy home and play all day. She gives me the saddest look when I have too leave in the morning. She knows my weaknesses. HahahaNice green last night and sorry about the bounce today. Slide down sweet Phoebe.
I know that's what l planned to do but l tried to shoot it closer too 2.15u and I failed. The 2.25 worked well on those reds. Maybe try that again?
I think that might be helpful. No worries. There is always next time. Eric, would you be interested in trying U100s and the conversion chart so you could shoot the tiny increments better?
Awesome! What are you going to shoot and can you be home today to monitor? Love the blue start!130 @ AMPS
I shot at 1.5u. I'll be home majority of the day. I have a few errands too run.Awesome! What are you going to shoot and can you be home today to monitor? Love the blue start!
Thanks Sue. I've been on here since July and alot of this is still seens new. Just when you think you have it all figured out they serve up a curveball. I'm glad all of you are patient with me.Well, we got our blue. She really does react to a small increase, but we do want her in lower levels.... I think the U100s might help you tweak the dose. She is like several of the kitties here (check out Teasel and Kris and Hermonine and Kimi.) Just a little bit of insulin sends them from high to low so they have to do tiny changes and leave them for awhile.
Thank you Kris! Believe me I feel like I'm a dosing and lancet pro hahaha! Anything for little baby Phoebe!Hey, Eric, we all know how hard this is! Some kitties are just more unpredictable than others. Phoebe is in the same club as Teasel and Hermione so we have to be more careful and willing to try different ways of going at it. I second Sue's advice to try the U100 syringes. I really do think they'd give you the variety of dosing options that Phoebe needs.
I try to make myself feel better by telling myself that Teasel's craziness is teaching me to become a dosing expert.![]()
Sorry Sharon I fixed my error.Hi Eric, nice cycle! Was she 97 or 168 @+6?
I'll be purchasing the U-100 once I'm done with my U-40. I can't afford to be wasteful.Little Phoebe sure likes that bouncy trampoline, doesn't she. I echo the recommendation to get the U-100 syringes with half unit markings - you can increase or decrease easily in 0.2 unit increments. Sounds like she feels great!!
Thank you Carol! Phoebe is doing great! Everyone that'sseen her since the horrible 4th of July weekend cannot believe how great she looks! I'm the one that doesn't feel well! Hahaha!Little Phoebe sure likes that bouncy trampoline, doesn't she.
