Hi everyone! After the reduction to 1u, Hugo has only once briefly seen green three cycles ago. I know it's too early to tell if this is a failed reduction, but I'm a bit disappointed. Since he went twice so low with 1.25u, there really was no other choice than to reduce. But I wonder why he isn't getting to more greens. Maybe I should do a fat 1u?

You are right about having to reduce, seeing as he dropped below 40 on the 22 september, that's an immediate reducie.

I don't see him dropping to low twice though?? The other lowish number was that 50, which technically wasn't a reduction

I'd probably wait to see what he does tonight, he seems to be trying to work the juice with those midcycle blue's. Maybe he just needs a couple of more cycles.

Sorry Hugo is being bouncy again. I think I'd hold the dose a couple more cycles and see if he can get back to green again.

Hugo had a 43 on the previous day, 21st. I didn't reduce then, because he usually fails his reductions and wanted to try the "three times below 50" -tehcnique I was suggested.

Tonight PMPS was 302, +2 247. Hmm, maybe not green tonight. We'll see!

Yesterday he got into my closet while I was taking sheets out from there. I started to make my bed and heard him chewing on my Crocs sandals. When I rushed to see what he was up to, I saw a piece of plastic missing from the shoe. I searched if he had dropped it, but nope. He swallowed it! Not a good thing when he's had two major intestinal surgeries because of an intussusception as a kitten.

But just now I saw him poop and did a real dissection of the very nicely formed brown umm...turd and there was red plastic in it! Yay! I hope there is no more. He is eating fine.

Oh my, I hope it's all out. I found a chewed lancet once that Ginger must have chewed on. Not good. I was super careful with my lancets after that.

I threw out the shoes now. I don't know if this is pica or just his personal preference to Crocs, but he has loved them always. As a kitten he swallowed christmas ribbon too. Never have had any ribbon in the tree after that. Scary.
