Regulating a cat on Lantus, please help. Can not regulate a cat

NEED HELP! Its been 4 months since Daisy started Lantus insulin and I still can not get her regulated! What to do? Spreadsheet is attached. She eats FF canned food only, but her symptoms are still present due to not being regulated: she pees a tone, drinks a lot and always hungry

Which FF food? Make sure they're no higher than 10% The lower the better. Be consistent with the carb count. If switching to something lower... be careful (do it slowly)... that in itself could lower her numbers...

I am newbie here too, but yes, the FF needs to be low carb - one of the pates. Are you familiar with Dr. Pierson's food chart? It is invaluable.

Does Daisy have any other medical conditions?
Your spreadsheet shows little difference in BGs with Lantus doses between 5 and no insulin.
How old is the Lantus? Is is t a pen or vial? Has it always been refrigerated?
