I thought this deserved a new thread so anyone following Tempests progress didn't have to spin the wheel off their mouse so much ;) lol

Day 7 of no insulin and we have our very first green preshot number - I'm such a proud mummy! :D

It's 81 or 4.5 (I really need that pom-pom kitty lol)

I swear if she makes it to day 14 I'm buying a bottle of something fizzy and popping the cork! :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
Day 12 my little spitfire is back! Refusing to be tested, playing like a kitten and killing spiders, moths and daddy longlegs like they are going extinct! No insulin but one high blue but not sure what that was about, she didn't like the om nom nom food I was trying with her that night so didn't eat.. Stress maybe? More greens now but I've been sick this week so my testing was not regular. Tonight 4.1! Hurray!

If in 2 days we don't shoot are we there yet? :D

Tomorrow I will be making Pom poms! You wait and see lol and I will be having a wee dram of JD if all goes well on Sunday :)
 
Thank you! I'm still :nailbiting: yet but quietly confident! Even my vet seems confident even if I didn't follow 'protocol' lol he did say to allow for the occasional high number and not to worry about that as long as she returns to low numbers? That sounds sensible to me so going with that.

I'm going to book her in in about a months time for a dental and just to please my vet the fructosimine test at the same time lol
 
76 (4.2) am so if all goes to plan then tonight I will officially believe she's otj.

Lol! That's fantastic! Love it! It would be nice if Menace copied her all the way it otj! :D

I've declared it officially now on a new thread and a wee video on Facebook Fdmb too :)
 
Ok so 2hours 45 minutes later and I give up.. Managed to mess up both my phone and iPad so will have to wait a couple of days to get everything fixed by a friend on Wednesday sorry @MrWorfMen's Mom :(
