Yes....that's when she gets as much as I can get her to cooperate with.....I started keeping track because it seemed like most of the time, when she got exercised, it brought her numbers down

She wasn't real into it today...I need to find another toy that captures her attention but I sure don't know what it'll be!!

Were you able to find your Cat Dancer?

Yes I found it but I'm not 100% sure how to use it to the best of it's ability!! She did really take off after it yesterday though but she's so fast that I had a hard time keeping her from catching it!!

How's your shoulder?

Some days better than others still, but overall a LOT better than it was there for awhile...One thing I have really noticed since starting the Arnica is that my knees are a lot better than they were. I was to the point of barely being able to walk without tears but after about 3-4 days, I noticed a huge difference.

I have read some rather disturbing things about Arnica not being something you should take orally, but so far anyway, I'm not having any problems from it and the benefits are greatly outweighing any risks

ne thing I have really noticed since starting the Arnica is that my knees are a lot better than they were.

I tried out my Arnica gel on my knee and my hip and no relief, but at least one of those is probably nerve pain, so not surprising.

I have read some rather disturbing things about Arnica not being something you should take orally

Yeah, that's why I'm afraid to do it. But the fact that you're seeing improvement is tempting...

Thanks for thinking of Harvey. Right now, I'll take all the vines and good wishes I can get.
