Yesterday's condo

Walter did indeed get a dosecrease last night... and now has a case of NDW. He is not usually a cat that has a big food spike, so I fully expected him to keep going up after that +2. But I guess he has now mastered the micro-bouncelet that only lasts 2 hours. Either way, I am happy that he is heading back down!

This morning, I already had a friend over who had not had a chance yet to meet the kittens. Funny how many visitors I suddenly have now that I am fostering the world's cutest kittens. They put on a great show. Ivy told my fried the story of her life. Loudly. And at great length. Iris impressed with some serious acrobatics. Flora defended the DaBird toy with the most adorable growls. And Fern was her sweet and easy-going self. After an hour of play, the kittens ate a second breakfast, climbed into my bed and were sound asleep in 5 minutes.

Yes, it is! ...they are so cute when they clean themselves after they eat. They try to be really thorough, but Ivy in particular has managed to tumble over more than once as she was trying to lick her belly. Life is tough when you're a chubby little kitten.

No clue what is going on with this cycle... maybe I should have retested him at +5.

And how do one of your friends not take one of those kitts home? I put Ivy's video on my FB page yesterday and tagged my forever best friend who lives in the Chicago area. Her yellow lab is pretty old and she just moved but trying Now Walter...that +5 is confusing. At this point I'd just ignore it.

Oh dear kittens are so so cute. I just had two of my foster kittens adopted and the last one went to the adoption center. I am so sad and happy because I couldn't keep them but they got good homes. It is so amazing that within one week we managed to get them super sweet purring bundle of cuteness from hissing/spitting madness. They momma is feral and I am keeping her.

Certainly NDW going on. Doodles zoooomed up to high 300's last night from a bounce which seems to be his "new" thing but came right back down 4 hours later
