i'll have a run that makes no sense, like this past day, and i'll wonder if its because i gave a bad shot, that is, that though i administered dose just like i always do, that i hit a fat pocket or something so the insulin was not properly absorbed. Is this possible? If so, how to avoid it? If i am doing that, there is no way of knowing (until i see bad numbers in the hours after).

I've managed to lessen my fur shots (no jinxies). Thats not what i'm talking about here.

I shoot into sides around shoulder area.

No matter where you shoot, there's always a possibility of the absorption rate being different...even if everything else is exactly the same.

Remember too...insulin is a hormone and hormones act totally different from "medications"

Think of a teenage girl....one minute being happy and laughing....the next minute sullen and grouchy....Hormones
