Checking his BG is nerve wracking!
it is right? I still have that with Baco. She is now tested once a week, tested her just a couple of hours ago, it is still nerve wracking although she is already OTJ for 5 weeks now?! wow I need to stop being so nervous about it hahahaha.
Baco gave me a nice 4.4 BEFORE a meal and she knew she was getting it! So she didn't really spike from knowing the food was coming.

I'm so so happy for you and Baco, hopefully Rox would like to throw a party soon!
I'm so determined to do the best I can that I have ordered another meter (human) and I will be testing him with this one as well whenever possible because I'm so curious to see how the numbers differ and whether I will see more green numbers.
When he was in remission previously his normal numbers were around 4 on human meter and 4 before he was diagnosed but I need to find his records to be sure.
Many thanks again for keeping an eye on us and your encouragement.

Great numbers Marlena!!! Looks like maybe you should gets some tips from Ruby on how to throw a great OTJ party. ;) It sure looks like Rocky is following Baco's example. Fingers crossed for more great numbers!!

Ooops! 8.2 this evening and drinking a lot, thought it was hot weather but maybe something is brewing!:(

8.2 still falls into the normal vet range as indicated by IDEXX. Fingers crossed that Rocky goes down later in the cycle.
