Well, lousy mom that I am, I had forgotten to express Eleanor's anal glands, which I do weekly because they get blocked up and before she became diabetic she had a couple of terrible abscesses, that was when the vet told me they would have to be expressed regularly.
I can't believe I forgot. I'm too stupid. I hope I wasn't too late.
Anyway, she is eating now, and was playing a little bit.

Many people would refuse to do it at all! It sounds like you got it in time since she has perked up:cat:
She gets packed in just 1 week??
I am glad she is feeling better and stop being so hard on yourself... we all do the best we can and sometimes it is easier/harder than other times.

She could, sometimes I don't express much if anything at all, but other times a lot of gunk comes out, so it has been building up. I don't understand why she has such a problem with that. Except as the vet says, "She's Eleanor". Lol
