From what I can see on the spreadsheet BS has a nadir around +5 or +6. That 95 was actually a good number and was not a worry at that point in time of the cycle. As long as the numbers stay above 50 you don't really have to take any action. It was a big drop from the PMPS so that was a bit of a concern.
When you get a lower number than expected the first thing you should do is do a second test in case the strip was off or it was a smaller blood sample...which could give a wonky reading. If you still get the same number then it depends on how far into the cycle it is. If you had gotten that 95 at +2 then you would definitely wanted to give some syrup and HC food. At +5 it is very close to nadir, so a 1/2 tbsp of reg food could have been given.
It is always scary when you first start seeing lower numbers. BTW your spreadsheet does not look correct for today's readings. You have a AMPS of 3 which I am sure is not correct...I am thinking that was your unit dose
