Ivana is getting so excited about her party tomorrow! She's been bugging me about finishing her new party dress (I'm not very good at sewing with satin) and now she wants a fascinator to go with it using feathers from the chickens and ducks so that "they can be there in spirit too". Whatever Ivana, just keep on having good numbers while I go finish being your party slave.

Woohoo! Tuxes have been sent to the cleaners and dresses are getting pressed. I would love to see Ivana in a fascinator, but Neko would probably just chase it. Has Ivana picked a theme for the party? Neko wants to know what local fish you have for making sushi. Bubbly on ice yet for the beans?

I just checked with the guest of honour, and Ivana wants the theme to be "purple". So there you go kitties, get your purple dresses, ribbons, ties and cumberbunds ready to rock! For sushi, Ivana's favourite fish is tuna and red salmon, so hopefully Neko likes those. And yes OF COURSE there's bubbly for the beans... it's been chilling in the fridge since Monday, ready to pop tomorrow night

Aaaaand we have another green PMBG of 97 Slightly higher than usual, but she didn't eat much lunch today - there seems to be a direct correlation between how much she eats in the second half of her cycle and how high her BG is at test time. Handy to know for future that she really does need those frequent small meals to keep her BG under control.
