Sheba Pate

I looked through the older postings on the Sheba Pates and see that they seem to be an okay alternative to the Fancy Feasts, but I don't see where they were added to the approved food list.

Was there ever a decision on them? Are they okay?

My cat loves them and they now come in a very convenient duel package.. plus they are cheaper than Fancy Feast. I found them for 50 cents at Walmart in Texas.

Thoughts?

I asked this awhile ago and I was told they are ok to feed.

They are OK to feed, just make sure you look closely at the can. The pates are diabetic safe, but the "cuts" line are not and look nearly identical.

It seems that Sheba pates are great low carb selections. The only reason they're not on Dr. Lisa's list is because the manufacturer refused to provide the nutritional details at the time it was being compiled.
